Privacy notice

Effective 8 October 2026

Controller

L&L Lux Lumina s.r.o., Company ID 24891452, at the address below is the data controller. Contact contact@luxluminanumerology.com for privacy requests.

Data and purposes

We process your email, product and language choice, amount, order/payment references and checkout choices. For readings we also need full names, dates of birth and written pronunciation, for both people for a partner reading. This is necessary to enter into and perform the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); without it we cannot prepare a reading. A partner’s data is used only for the requested reading on the basis of our legitimate interest in fulfilling the order, balanced against that person’s rights. Only provide details of people who know about and agree to the reading and have received this notice. Do not enter health or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

Other legal bases

For withdrawals we retain the name, email, contract identification, declaration and receipt time to process and document the notice. Accounting and mandatory records are processed for legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Enquiries, legal claims and site security rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). To limit checkout abuse we use a hash of your IP address with a server secret. Confirming accuracy is not marketing consent. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects; a person prepares readings.

Recipients and international processing

Access is limited to people handling orders and necessary providers: Stripe (payment and fraud prevention), OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting infrastructure (website and private storage), Resend (order emails), Namecheap Private Email (business mailbox), and accountants or authorities where necessary. We do not store full card details; you enter them with Stripe. Providers may process data outside the EEA using applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Details of recipients and relevant safeguards are available on request.

Retention

Unpaid reading drafts are periodically removed after 7 days. Paid order data is retained for delivery, support and claims, normally for the general three-year limitation period after performance; longer only for an ongoing dispute or legal duty. Accounting documents are kept for the statutory period applicable to their type, normally 5 years and, where applicable, VAT documents for 10 years. Birth dates and pronunciation are not part of accounting documents. Providers retain necessary operational and security logs for their relevant purposes.

Cookies and page loading

The website has no own advertising or analytics tracking. Stripe checkout may use functional and security cookies under its service settings. Main pages load Google Fonts, transmitting your IP address and technical request information to Google. Details: https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We normally respond within one month and assess identity verification proportionately. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (https://uoou.gov.cz) or your local competent authority.
