Seller and scope
The company identified below sells e-books and personally prepared numerology readings at numero-logy.com. Purchases are one-off, with no subscription. Numerology is a symbolic method for self-reflection, not a scientific assessment, prediction or substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
Products and final prices
The Architecture of Life e-book costs EUR 7.99 for a PDF in the chosen language (Czech, English or German). A Short Personal Numeroscope costs EUR 59, a Detailed Personal Numeroscope EUR 199, and a Partner Numeroscope for two people EUR 199 in total. Adding an optional e-book costs EUR 7.99. Each reading’s scope appears on its product page and order summary. Prices are final and electronic delivery is free. If Stripe offers another currency, its conversion and final amount appear before payment; you may select EUR. Your bank’s own fees are governed by its terms.
Ordering and payment
Select the product and language, check your details, optional items and total. You can correct details or leave before proceeding to Stripe. Pay using a method available on Stripe’s secure checkout. Submitting the order with Stripe’s payment button commits you to paying the displayed price; the contract is concluded on receipt of successful payment. A failed payment attempt is not a paid order. We email confirmation and a copy of these terms. The contract is made in the selected language, stored electronically, and a copy is available on request.
Delivery and use
After payment is confirmed, we email a link to the full PDF e-book to the address entered at checkout. The link lasts 7 days; save the PDF within this time. You need internet access, email and a standard PDF reader. This is not a printed book and it is not locked to a particular reader. It is for personal use, not resale or public distribution. Contact us for missing delivery, a damaged file or an expired link. Readings are prepared personally and delivered electronically by email within 24 hours after payment and receipt of all required details: full name, pronunciation and date of birth, for both people for a partner reading. We request clarification if details are incomplete. An optional e-book arrives separately.
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. Send a clear statement in time by email, post to our registered office or the form on this website. The model below is optional. For a valid withdrawal we refund payment within 14 days of receiving notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.
Immediate delivery and early performance
Immediate e-book delivery requires your separate express consent to supply before the 14-day period ends and acknowledgment that you lose the withdrawal right when the content is made available. We confirm that consent by email. For a Numeroscope, we begin early at your express request; withdrawal rights end only on full performance if you acknowledged that consequence beforehand. If you withdraw before completion after expressly requesting an early start, only a proportionate amount for work actually supplied may be due. Without the statutory conditions, the exception does not apply. Defect rights remain unaffected. To arrange later performance, order by email.
Defects and complaints
Contact our email or registered office with the order reference, problem and requested remedy; do not send card details. We confirm receipt and the outcome. Supply must conform to the description and statutory requirements, including necessary digital-content updates. For a one-off digital supply, you may report a defect that becomes apparent within two years of supply. You can first request a free remedy, and a proportionate reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met. Digital defects are remedied within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience; service complaints are resolved and the outcome communicated within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is the competent body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. Applications may be made within one year after first raising the claim with us. Czech law governs the contract, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence.
